General Terms and Conditions
Welcome to the website of OnDrive Ltd., registered in the Republic of Bulgaria. These General Terms and Conditions govern the relationship between OnDrive Ltd. and the users of the web pages and services available on our website https://ondrive.bg/. By accepting the General Terms and Conditions, you agree that your personal data will be processed on the basis of the contract concluded between you and the Merchant.

I. Scope of activity
OnDrive Ltd. offers car repair and car service services, including technical maintenance of vehicles, trade in spare parts, consumables and accessories for motor vehicles, domestic and foreign wholesale and retail trade, commercial representation, intermediation and agency, e-commerce, purchase of goods for resale in their original, processed or treated form, production, information and advertising services, consulting and commission activities, as well as any other commercial activities not prohibited by law. All services are described in detail in the "Services" section of our website.
II. Rights and obligations of the user
Users of the website are obliged to use the information and services provided in accordance with Bulgarian legislation. Any attempts at unauthorised access, damage to information or violation of system security are prohibited.
Every natural person has the rights granted to him by the Consumer Protection Act (promulgated in SG No. 99 of 9 December 2005, as amended and supplemented), insofar as it is applicable to the relations between OnDrive Ltd. and the User regulated by these General Terms and Conditions.
III. Personal data protection
OnDrive Ltd. is committed to protecting the personal data of its customers. All information provided by users is processed in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). The collection and processing of personal data is carried out based on the consent of the Users to whom the personal data relates. The provision of any personal data by the Users is voluntary, with a view to the Users’ use of the functionalities of the Website. When processing personal data, OnDrive Ltd. adheres to the following principles, namely that personal data shall be:

OnDrive Ltd. selects and applies appropriate technical and organisational measures that ensure the protection of the personal data processed against intentional damage or unauthorised access, as well as in the event of any other unlawful processing of personal data (accidental or unlawful destruction, alteration, loss, access to transferred, stored or otherwise processed personal data, or unauthorised disclosure).
If you prefer not to receive electronic messages with information about products and services from OnDrive Ltd. or its External suppliers, please notify OnDrive Ltd. that you wish to opt out of receiving such information.
IV. Cookies

Thanks to this information, the Website recognises you and remembers your preferences.
